Just Talk Mediation is a family mediation service based in Bingley, West Yorkshire. It is dedicated to assisting couples who find themselves in dispute regarding the division of financial assets or issues regarding their children following the breakdown of their relationship. Whilst much of our work comes to us through referrals from local family law solicitors increasingly we are being approached directly by couples who wish to mediate and reach agreement together before engaging the services of a solicitor to finalise matters, thereby saving uncertainty, time and legal fees. We offer in-person and online mediation and therefore we mediate with clients from all over the country.

Mediation Information Assessment Meeting (M.I.A.M)
If you would like to see whether the mediation process can help you and your ex partner or spouse to reach solutions together then Just Talk Mediation Service offers a fixed fee initial mediation meeting. The meeting will give you the opportunity to meet your mediator, Juliette Kinsey, and discuss your situation with her. It will also enable her to determine whether mediation is suitable for you and your ex partner or spouse and give you an idea of what your likely costs will be. The assessment meeting can take up to one hour and the fee is £120. Included within the fee is the preparation of the compulsory M.I.A.M. form required by the courts in the event that it is decided that mediation is an unsuitable way forward or if the mediation process breaks down.
