It is very important that you find the right counsellor for you. You must feel comfortable with them and feel able to talk to them. It is also important that I assess whether I can provide you with the support you need. With this in mind your first appointment is a no obligation initial online or telephone assessment. The purpose of the assessment is for us to meet and for you to assess whether you feel comfortable working with me and for me to assess how best we could work together.
The assessment lasts for an hour, there is no obligation to make a further appointment if you decide I am not the counsellor for you.
If, following the assessment, you believe we could work together then we would agree how best to move forward.
Session Times and Costs
Weekday sessions (1hr) – (booked between 9.30am and 6.30pm Monday -Friday) – £50
Session fees are payable in advance by bank transfer.
