Just Talk Mediation service has access to offices in Harrogate in North Yorkshire and Shipley in West Yorkshire.

All M.I.A.M. assessments cost £135 and take place online using either Zoom or Teams.
If the mediation process is assessed to be unsuitable, or your ex partner or spouse is not prepared to undertake mediation then Juliette will complete the necessary court form and the completion of this form is included within the fee for the M.I.A.M. appointment.
If mediation is assessed as suitable then the costs of the joint sessions are as follows:
A joint mediation session regarding children issues online (90 Minutes) is £250 per person or £275 if held in person.
Please be aware that Just Talk Mediation is currently involved in the Government Mediation Voucher Scheme whereby, if you have not used mediation before as a way of resolving children issues, you may be able to access a £500 voucher towards your mediation costs. The voucher is only available for mediation that involves children issues.
The first online joint mediation session regarding financial issues (90 Minutes) is £360 per person. This includes the preparation of Schedule of Assets. If the session is held in-person then the fee will be £385 per person.
All future financial sessions would be £300 per person for online mediation or £325 for in-person mediation.
Joint online shuttle mediations are available and those costs will be discussed in your MIAM as the mediation sessions are for two hours and the costs will depend on whether you are mediating about children issues, financial issues or both.
